- 4 bone-in pork loins chops 8oz each
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet. saute onion until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the worcestershire sauce, honey and mustard to the skillet; stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil.
- Return chops to the pan, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Apple Crisp:
- 5 cups peeled and sliced green apples
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Preheat oven to 375. Place apples in 2-qt square baking dish and mix in sugar.
- For topping mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon together then poor melted butter in and mix very well. Spread topping over apples evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until topping is golden. Cool slightly
- Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired!
